Since Eric's dad had the day off for the holiday and because his birthday was on May 22nd, we decided to spend the day with him and Eric's two sisters, Teresa and Julie, and their families at Julie's house in Eagle Mountain. It was nice for the babies to be able to spend time with their Grandpa Jim because they had not met him until our trip out to Utah. Kiera was a bit scared of him but she seems to have some stranger anxiety with most men so I hope he didn't take it personally. The babies had fun exploring a new environment and having their cousins to play with at Aunt Julie's house. While we were there, the babies also got to enjoy a special treat for the first time: biter biscuits! They made a huge mess but they sure went to town on them. Cousin Kate ended up finding some later and seemed to like them as well, even though she's not teething!
