The Trio's 1st Halloween

The Trio's first Halloween was a fun one, even though we opted not to go Trick-or-Treating with them still being little and it being RSV season. However, it was a beautiful autumn day so we decided to take them outside briefly for a little photo shoot in their Halloween outfits that they received as a gift from Eric's boss. Thanks Lynn! Here are some of our favorites, both as a group and as individuals:

Trio in the leaves

Krista - "I Love My Mummy"

Jamison - "Little Monster"

Kiera - "Trick or Treat"

Underneath these cute outfits were some Halloween onesies that were so kindly given to us by our niece, Sarah, who was out visiting recently. They were super cute in them, don't you think?

It was hard to find a time to get all of the babies dressed in their actual costumes, especially during a time when it wasn't a feeding and when there were enough pairs of hands to get them ready. After their last feeding, Eric, my mother and myself each took a baby and dressed them in their skunk costumes that we received as a shower gift from one of my former co-workers. Thanks to Dana for thinking outside the box! The babies dressed up in their skunk costumes made them our three little stinkers! And boy, were they stinkers. They did not want to cooperate as you can see in the photos but they were just so darn adorable, we had to self-indulge a bit. I'm sure they will thank us later when they see how they looked on their very first Halloween.

Here's a slideshow of some of the other snapshots we got from the day. Hope you enjoy them!

Aww, they are looking so cute all dressed up! Did you have any side effects with the four month shots? Mine have been crying all day! Hopefully one or two of yours will get off the monitors soon...even just one off makes a huge difference!
